Do we need animals in our food system? That question is central to the documentary De Vegan Veehouder (The Vegan Livestock Farmer), in which filmmaker Kadir van Lohuizen follows poultry farmer Ruud Zanders, founder of Kipster and pioneer in more animal-friendly, sustainable food production.
The film will tour cinemas, debating societies and theatres, featuring impactful panels and discussions about the future of our agriculture. The Goeie Grutten Foundation supports this tour, including the speaker programme, to further the dialogue about fair, sustainable food.
